I've been on this tech journey for over 15 years now, starting in software development and growing into IT leadership along the way. I'm passionate about building things that make life better and leading teams that do the same. I've seen how strong, people-first leadership can completely change the game, and it's something I care deeply about.

When I'm not working on something tech-related (which is often), I'm probably out cycling, watching Iron Man for the hundredth time, or spending time with family. I love to travel—especially to islands lately. Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Antigua, and St. George's Caye in Belize have been recent favorites.

This site is a bit of a home base for everything I'm working on, thinking about, or just excited to share.
